ACS Foundation
The software is used to administer data such as: card holder information, access levels, time schedules and parameter settings. This information is transmitted to the controllers where it is stored. Most functions do not require communication with the PC (off-line). However, some functions, ie. anti-pass back, require the information from more than one controller to be collected via the PC (on-line). The software is designed to enable advanced users to 'link' information to and from the access control software, such as valid access and certain (programmable) events in the access control system.
